Sealskinz seek 2 budding ultra runners for Round the Island Race Featured

Written by

Could you be a Trailblazer? Sealskinz are on the hunt for two experienced runners who are keen to take the plunge into Ultra running.

The successful applicants will be lining up alongside Sealskinz Ambassador and World Duathlon Champion Claire Steels, as you join forces to take on the Sealskinz Ultra Round the Island Race, this July.

IOW ultra

The Round the Island Race is a 2 day event which takes runners around the 70 mile coastline of the Isle of Wight. We will provide you with a complete range of Sealskinz winter and summer training kit while event organisers XNRG will provide you with a training programme to succeed in this standalone event.

In return, you will chart your progress from beginner to race finisher by providing regular vlogs and videos of your training.

You’ll need to be able to take part in the event on 1st/2nd July 2017, be used to creating video content and be happy to commit yourself to 6 months’ hard graft! All your expenses, including travel and race entry are included in the prize, so there really are no more excuses for not taking that leap into the unknown.
