A week from now the outdoor world will again descend on the Lake District for the annual Kendal Mountain Festival. Recognised as one of the world's leading mountain festivals the event is constantly growing and evolving.
In the runup to this year's Kendal Mountain Festival the focus is firmly on film production with a series of talks covering everything from a "DSLR Crash Course" to "Advanced shooting techniques". The Kendal Mountain Film Academy runs from Tuesday (17th) morning through to Friday 20th and is targetted at enthusiastic amateurs and semi-pros with costs ranging from £50 to £120.
