The Carbon Expedition FXP 4 is one of the toughest folding pole on the current market as each section screws together for maximum stiffness and durability.   The upper section is lightweight as it is made from 3.0. Carbon and has Komperdell’s patented Powerlock System - a great deal of investment has gone into this System making it lighter, yet stronger with an even better holding grip. The lower section has a “Titanal” rock sleeve for maximum strength and extra durability.
