She became the first person to travel to the South Pole on a bike, the second woman to complete the demanding 78-mile Namibian ultra-marathon, and broke world records for kayaking the Amazon. 

Helen says, “I am just happier outside and I am learning that my kids are too. For me it’s about practicality, being able to go from school run to dog walk without an outfit overhaul.
