Both pieces are insulated with Thermore ECODOWN, the Milan-based company's recycled synthetic down alternative made from post-consumer PET bottles. The insulation is designed to provide reliable warmth while keeping garments lightweight, breathable and clean-lined - a key requirement for brands balancing technical performance with everyday wearability.
Developed as part of Reprimo's VANTA outerwear system, the jacket and gilet are built around modular layering: thermal efficiency for colder conditions in the jacket and adaptapble core warmth in the gilet for transitional weather or mid-layer use.
The partnership reflects Thermore®'s long standing role suppling high performance insulation to brands across sport, outdoor and lifestyle categories. Recent collaborations include Portal's Biome Parka, Hunter's performance driven Hunter Elements line and Trailberg.
Founded in Milan, Thermore® has specialised in synthetic insulation for decades and was one of the first companies to introduce sustainable insulation in the 1980s - a focus it continues today through recycled fibre technologies.
