The brand has tripled the size of the space it occupies in Staveley, north of Kendal, allowing the sales team to display and present more of the company’s latest ranges of clothing, footwear and equipment.

Berghaus remains in Staveley Mill Yard, the established hub for leading outdoor and sports brands, but is now in a 2,000 square foot room, located close to popular venues such as Wilf’s Café. Since the brand first occupied a room on the site, it has been used frequently to meet specialist customers from all corners of the UK. As Berghaus continues to focus on developing its performance collections such as Extrem and Trail, the extra space will allow for more product and merchandising material to be effectively displayed.

Berghaus UK field sales manager Kris Gray comments: “When we opened the Cumbria showroom last year, the response from the trade was really positive, and it has definitely help us connect more effectively with key specialist customers and secure important listings for Extrem and Trail. It’s important for us to build on this momentum and make it clear that Berghaus’ commitment to the specialist sector is long-term. So, I’m delighted that we have been able to occupy a much larger space in Staveley, and me and my team look forward to spending a lot of time there.”
