Anna Taylor making good progress on Classic Rock challenge

Written by

Anna Taylor is making good progress on her mission to climb all the routes in Classic Rock in a continuous round.

She has successfully completed Leg 1 in South West England and her account of that experience is now online - Anna’s Classic Rock Tour – Leg 1: The Southwest - berghaus-en.

Anna is currently working her way through the Classic Rock routes in Wales and as I type, should be somewhere in the Llanberis Pass or Ogwen Valley. The weather has been mixed over recent days and while that was always expected during a tour of the UK, it still adds to the challenge.

Since announcing her intention to attempt a continuous round of the Classic Rock routes, Anna has done some research and now believes that if successful, she will be the first person to achieve the feat. So far, it’s fair to state that Anna has found the cycling between routes to be one of the toughest aspects of the tour!

Once she ticks off the final routes in Wales, Anna will cycle more than 115 miles east to start Leg 3 on Roaches Upper Tier in the Peak District.
